Repair and Clean

All jewellery is handmade with great care and attention and all pieces come with a 6 week warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any faults but does not cover accidental damage/breakage.

Restringing & Repair Service

Sentimental, much loved and worn bracelets and rings can stretch over time. Therefore it may become necessary to have your pieces restrung.

A small fee of £10 per item is charged for this service (plus P&P). Your pieces will also be cleaned, giving them back their sparkle.
Please note that there may be a wait on our restringing and cleaning service during November and December due to the Christmas rush.

We always recommend obtaining proof of postage or sending via a tracked service. Any jewellery returned for repair/restringing is done so at the customer's own risk.
